:: Theoretical-Conceptual

  • TYYC-3 - Is able to grasp basic socio-economic problems like the labor market, employment, unemployment and poverty.
  • TYYC-4 - Within the framework of the industrial relations system, of which the workers and the employers participate collectively in and the state is a party to, the student is able to analyse trade unions, collective bargaining and strike related issues from different perspectives.
  • TYYC-7 - The human being is the most important component for the development of society. Human resources management is establishing the work place circumstances necessary to make people more productive in the workplace in the strategic and operational sense and increasing worker satisfaction. The student is able to grasp human resources management in the national and international framework.
  • TYYC-11 - Learns social policy to develop ideas to overcome the challenges faced by the disadvantaged groups in society by using the means from the government and non-governmental organisations.
  • TYYC-12 - Learned to provide the just delivering of government services and decreasing the differences in order to decrease income inequalities.
  • TYYC-13 - Able to carry out analysis in work psychology, which studies the behavioral and organizational processes of work life.

  • TYYC-2 - Along with the general economics and business administration learning, the student has acquired the social, legal and economic proficiency on work life issues.
  • TYYC-5 - Labor unions are institutions that workers and employers participate in. The student can analyze the conditions of their emergence, the historical development processes, their legal basis, their challenges and their restructuring in today’s economic circumstances.
  • TYYC-6 - In the field of labor law and social security law, the student has learned the doctrines and the applications of legal regulations regarding individual and collective work relations between workers and employers.
